YOU ARE PURCHASING A CROSS REFERENCE SERVICE AS WELL AS A PRODUCT.
You are paying for NON REFUNDABLE RESEARCH TIME. Not all the info supplied to us is 100% accurate
or totally clear. So, sometimes it may take a second attempt, (requiring you to exchange your needle and
include the original) We cannot and so do not gaurantee 1st time accuracy of a cross reference. As indicated
below we are happy to give you a 'no cost'/free exchange. BUT if you just give up at the first needle and want a refund,
there are still postage/research/credit card fees etc. that you cause us to incur as a result of your inquiry.

We will exchange any part we sell on the internet FREE of any additional
charges provided the exchanged item has close to the same value as the replacement
item. If the value of the exchanged part is over $3 different than the replacement part
then the actual price difference is refunded or charged. ITEM MUST BE IN RESALEABLE
CONDITION. $10 FEE IF PACKAGING IS MISSING OR BADLY DAMAGED.
Don't call or email us to ask if you can return it, you can! Mail it to the envelope return address,
include all possible model#'s AND applicable brand names, your phone # and return address.
Don't assume we'll remember an email or phone call from a week or two ago.
If you are returning a needle that doesn't fit, then include the original needle as well so we
can better match it for you. If you are requesting a refund, and you placed your order by phone,
you must include a copy of your receipt or the exact date you placed the order and your credit card#
with expiration date or your refund can't be processed as we don't keep card#'s on file.
We will refund any part we sell on the internet minus a $2-$4 postage/restock/research/handling fee.

pay s/h if you have to mail a defective product in for repair under warranty; it's the
